Radeon 7000/VE Black and White TV-Out

I'm having a big problem trying to get my Mentor Radeon 7000 to correctly work on TV-out. whatever i do it will only output to the TV in black and white. When i first change the PAL mode to a different one, i get a fuzzy colour picture but it tells me to restart once i actully ok the setting and once it has rebooted it comes up nice and clear but wih no colour!! it i driving me mad!! Please Help!!!!

Ive had this problem before and found out that it was down to the actual cable that it used for the TV out.

Are you using the svga cable or the composite cable supplied to connect to your TV? Try to change the seeting in display properties to PAL rather than PAL 60.
