Hi All,

I have a call queue in YSE that is currently cutting out mid way through the recording for in queue messages. I have checked the prompts and I can still listen to the full recording where it is saved.

I have been advised that this may be due to RAD timers being set different in the controller that don't match up with the delay timers on my queue in YSE.

My question is, where would I be able to check and confirm if this is the case? I have checked all ACD forms and compared with queues that I know work and cannot see any difference.

If there is anything else that I could possibly check as well, any idea's are appreciated.

Cheers,

just to confirm,

MX3300 - rel. 7.2 / sw. 13.2.0.17
YSE - 7.1.3.1

Cheers,

There are 3 timers. They are not called RAD timers but some other non-intuitive name.

By default the 3 timers have setting of 10, 20 and 30 seconds

The first in the Message Length timer
The second is the expected offhook timer
The 3rd in a delay between messages timer.

The one causing your issue if the Message length timer but you need to adjust the other 2 accordingly. I usually maintain the default 10 second gap.

If your message length is 25s for example, i would set them to 25, 35 and 45
