RAD Error

I am trying to connect through Norstar Utilities to a RAD on Norstar MICS 7.0. I keep getting error
"Map file AOG00ENG is required". Is this Rad upgrade?

What version of the Remote Utilities are you using?

Theres the Problem, From the Nortel Compatiablility Chart, R7 MICS and CICS Require NRU 11. With the Following Notes:

Note 24: New map files must be downloaded from Nortel networks support page.
Note 25: With NRU 11 you cannot migrate customer data from releases older than NRU 10.
