R9 SCN License Question

As I understand it there is no longer an Advanced Networking license for 9+.

Is there a system license that's required for SCN? Essentials/Preferred/Advanced?

I assume you cannot do SCN with Basic mode.

do voice networking licenses get consumed by SCN access to centralized VM (VM access, AA prompts, queued/still queued messages etc.)?

I don't think so, but thought I'd ask. The knowledgebase doesn't say.
