I hope they get some otherwise they release the R9.1 with ALL the bugs they put in and the FT is done on customers backs which would in return cost them more customers than the UCM debacle.

Clearly Avaya Are employing the same twat that though addin a mechanisam to credit cards to allow the holder to make purchases without authentication was a good idea.

(sorry one of my bug bears, I still cant believe thet the person who invented "Contactless payment" was not sacked on the spot for even sugesting it!)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.

We have complained with our Country manager (I hope we are not the only ones), we can't wait the 9.1 will be GA to test its quality, it's not a tech matter but we have to consider the sales impact, I hope they will understand this aspect

TBH I don't care a F... about 9.1 salesa, the issue is that we have sold 2 ACCS systems in Russia, you know they have strange ways to complain...
