I have a 9608 phone and Avaya communicator running simultanously on the same extension. But only if the hard phone is busy, the extension will be treated as busy (even with only two appearance buttons, reserve last CA active and BLF says so). If commnicator is used, additional incoming calls ring on the phone (and if call waiting is on, on the communicator too) and cannot be handled according to forward on busy, voicemail or huntgroup settings.
Can somebody confirm this? I will raise a SR with Avaya then.
