Apparently, according to Avaya, it's 'clearly' in the release notes, however I didn't find it to be that "clear".
also, I'd recommend not going directly to 11.0.4 (from 10.0, 10.1) as I ran into an issue that made me manually upgrade each stand alone IP500 rather than using the web interface, which took a long time.
