R9.0.11 Call Log Weirdness

I upgraded all of our sites from 9.0.3 to 9.0.11 to resolve some SCN issues (hopefully) that we were having. The jury is still out on that but we had a power outage at one site today and it came back up ok so I am hoping 9.0.11 is the reason.

Anyway... yesterday and today the office GM is telling me people keep calling him back and asking whats up? When he never called them.... their call logs show a missed call from him. Bizarre..
