Has anyone experience problems with their auto-attendant not acknowledging tones? This problem primarily happens during the recording of greetings. People will hit the # key after recording their greeting and it won't be acknowledged. They will hit it a second time and the system then acknowledges it. The greeting then has the # tone in the greeting, so you end up with 2 beeps. I have had this happen on both digital and IP sets.

There are issues with recording greetings on 8.0.16
I have issues with voice questions where you need to hit the # to deliver the message.
Without it is gone.

we got a patch from avaya because when you recorded anything and pressed 1 at the end it would put the DTMF into the recording.
