Hi, my client has IP Office R7.0 whit Preffered and Advanced Edition, CCR and VMail Pro running.
He has purchased an upgrade lic to R8.1... He needs a Essential Edition licence???

At the end of the day, have a real essential license +32 in all systems.
Yes i have seen a system drop the virtual essential edition license.
I had a previous config and copied the license back from that.
