R7.0 91E?

Thought this might possibly help isolate the 7.0 port failures. I've been getting my 7.0 cards from a supplier with a Country Code other than CO1 (USA). Fea 59 shows 91E. Looks like Gray Market?? I just got a 7.0 card in from an Avaya partner...ALL ports work. Just wondering if it's the 91E cards that are having the problem, or are CO1 cards also having this problem.. I am on my 5th 7.0 and have not yet had one last for more than a week. After the initial ports go bad, either 1 or 2.......It seems as if the rest of the card is very good.

Gray Market humm, that doesn't sound good, all of mine have come from Avaya and the last bunch have all been good.
