R7.0(36) Database Corruption

Any idea what would cause corruption in database? Corruption even followed thru to backup file. Problem w/ hunt groups...calls stopped showing up at hunt grp; caller gets RNA...another problem is strange internal dial tone.

Not the SD Card. Defaulted system and all ok til I restored backup.

Dasheen, do you perhaps have a system name the same as the group name?
This does not work with groups some how in some releases.

I've seen this happen on a replacement IP500 V2 which was installed, had config uploaded and then downgraded from 8.0.1 to 7.0.36.
Previous config was running at 7.0.23 (R7 embedded license) and the config dropped the hunt groups and ICR with the downgrade.
Resent config but groups and ICR remained gone.
Downgraded to 7.0.23- sent config and groups and ICR came across.
Upgraded to 7.0.36 and there it stayed. Quite a night.
