R6025 - PURE VIRTUAL FUNCTION CALL ERROR - ANY ADVICE?

I regularly use this Brio query and last Friday (after using the query earlier in the day without any errors or issues) recieved the following error:

MICRSOFT VISUAL C++ RUNTIME LIBRARY

RUNTIME ERROR!

PROGRAM: C:\Program Files\Brio\BrioQuery\Program\brioqry.exe

R6025
-pure virtual function call

When I click OK Brio just shuts down. Can anyone offer any advice on getting past this?

I'm getting the exact same error when trying to add a snap-in to mmc

(R6025 pure virtual call)

I get the same error except it is c:\programfiles\netzero\exec.exe R6025 pure virtual function call and when I press ok it closes netzero
