R6.1 Partner mode, night mode activates without touching button

Customer has IPO 6.1 in Partner mode with Partner sets. system goes in night mode without user activating. user turns button off and then latter notices that button is lite up and calls are being answered by auto-attendant.

Look under Auto Attendants and check out the Greeting Times. They are probably overriding the button.
