R5 and Windows 2003

Has anyone set it up? I know IBM/Lotus say it isn't supporting R5 with Win2003 server but is anyone using it? Problems? Suggestions?

We have Domino 5.08 installed on Windows 2003 server. We are having a lot of mailfile corruption issues. Not sure what is causing it. Could be something to do with the OS.. but not sure... Anyone???
