R4 IP dect

I have a IP500v2(10.1) and one 4Ch base station(v7p2p28.bin) can make 4 simultaneous than after a week or so the calls start cut off or can only make one call reset the base station system fine

You have one IP Dect base station?

Then, you can make 4 simultaneous calls for one week, and after that week the call cuts off? Now most of my customers doesn't make a call for one week. But okay...

And then you can only make one call and need to reset basestation?

when making the second dect call, the call cut off it seem as if the base station has only one ch.

So you are only able to make one call at the same time?

If this happens does the lamp on the base station flashes red when one channel is in use??
We had the same issue with a R4 compact dect base and we replaced it with a 8 channel base station. It happened on all sofware versions.
Problem solved.
