R3 - Line Status

Partner R3 system. Line 1 will light up as if someone picked up internally, then goes off after 2-3 seconds. This happens every 10 seconds or so. If I use line 1, then the same thing happens on line 2. Any thoughts?

check your station wiring,unplug stations until it stops and then plug in one at a time until you locate shorted station.
