R2 Merlin Mail Problem

I have a customer with a Merlin Magix System. He has eight extensions with a line button programmed to calling group 891.
He says that line button would flash to indicate a call was on hold. The calls on hold were the calls the Merlin Mail's Auto Attendant was placing on hold. There are no lights but the line keys are still programmed to group 891. Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

I guess my first few questions would be:

What is 891? - A Line? A Calling Group?

Is it the Voice Mail Calling group?

I'm sorry, 891 is a calling group with 8 lines in it.

Sounds like it is set up as a ques group??? Pull a print of 891.
