I was schedule to perform an upgrade last week.
I did not attempt to follow through and complete it due to the what I saw in the attached pictures.

This screenshot shows the system equipment in Manager:

This screenshot shows what the upgrade wizard sees:

Is this normal? Do I need to replace all the cards?
TIA for any help.

Andy

You're fine. All that hardware is supported. The grey means that you have that firmware currently, but there is no version to upgrade to (as those are not supported, but you aren't using them)
You have your PLDS licenses yes?

I used to be an ACE. Now I'm just an Arse.

The cards inside the control unit aren't listed by the upgrade wizard as their firmware is part of the control units firmware. So the two lists will always differ.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thank you. Yes, PLDS license is generated and ready to add. I just stalled because I hadn't seen this in any of the other upgrades I've done.

Rename the PLDS file to PLDSkeys.xml and use Embedded File Manager to upload to the Primary folder before you do the upgrade. The system will come up fully licensed and able to process calls while Manager is busy uploading the 3000+ files after the reboot
