Hi All
I have a client who has been running equinox mobile and PC client for 2 years without issue. They also have 1 J179 connected via a VPN to the main system which has been working fine on R11.0.4.
The customer initially reported an issue of unable to contacts and presence on the equinox apps. I could not find any issues and nothing has changed on the system. I tried upgrading to the latest version of R11 (R11.0.7) This did not resolve the issue and now the J179 just hangs saying acquiring service
Any suggestions?
