Upgrade wizard is failing on initial check. It has been a couple of years since I have done an upgrade, and cannot figure this one out. I have the BIN files selected in preferences, and the wizard shows the files to be upgraded, etc. like it should. I defaulted security settings and set a new password in all 3 fields. I get initial check, moving green bar, then "failed". I know I am missing the elephant in the room, but cannot for the life of me remember what I had to change before to get this to work. I have compared screen by screen to a known good upgraded system to be sure all the security settings are the same. I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated! BTW, we are converting over to Cisco in all the clinics soon, so I won't be asking many more dump questions!
