I have been having complaints on a R10 system that parked calls are not seen on all phones. They all have same park buttons. It does not happen on every call. Anyone having the same problem?

The President of the company has two phones in his office that are programmed the same. When the receptionist puts a call on park 1 the presidents phone park button does not light . His second phone does. We can pick up the call on the second phone and repark it with no change.
