Hello Everyone,

When I have a quote and convert it to an order the order number seems to disapear? I cannot find it in history or open at any type.

Thanks

Look at the next order # in OE setup, subtract 1, and loo at that order.

Not there either.

I thought the process was to enter the Sales Order number after clicking the convert quote button in the popup.

I make it the same as the quote number and proceed......nothing is captured.

nevermind......I got it resolved.

I am automatically importing quotes from a built application.

I need to make sure all the line item dates are populated before I can convert it.

Thanks

You ought to look at Wisys' .com objects which allow you to bring an order directly into Macola.
