One of the usesrs managed to get exceed their quota. That problem has been resolved but now the quota entry will not reset to the correct size. It says they are using 99.9% of their alotted space when they are only using about 66%. Any ideas on how to get the quota entry to reset?

Thanks

I assume you're running Active Directory. Configure quotas in the right template and it should trickle down. The user will need to reboot his/her workstation for the changes to take effect.

Sorry I sould have been more specific. We are not using active directory. We have thin clients using terminal services to connect to the terminal server which is also the server they use for storage. Each user is configured with 100 MB of disk space.
