"Why I can not publish my web site?"

I get the following message while publishing my web site:

"An error occured accessing your FrontPage web files.Authors-if authoring against a web server ,please contact the webmaster."

Where are you publishing to? It sounds like the server isn't giving permission to publish. If it was set up correctly, you would be asked for a user name and password.

I have found that when I publish my sites (I have 3 of them on members.tripod.com)if I do not include a "/" at the end of the URL which is displayed by FP, the connection is not made.
