Me neither. :) I'm forced to rely on my aged memory, in particular of some comics I used to read in England around 1970.

'Tis a fine coincidence indeed. So, what you're saying, though, is that a word that had been in common usage in the 1980s in D&D circles didn't get spread around until the 1990s when gaming went online, and that the release of this song by some decidedly NON-D&D types was what caused the word to become popular...I think I get it. :p
