"Viewer COM SDK Guide"

Help documents keep on refering to the "Viewer COM SDK Guide".

I cant find it anywhere, does anyone know where to find it?

From Crystal Enterprise Launchpad, select the "Web Developer's Guides" link in the upper left under "Documentation". The page that appears gives you the option of opening the COM Help or Java Help. Open the COM Help. It is a zip file that includes the Viewer SDK guide.
