"user data" missing, under shadow copy components

Hey all,

I'm running backup exec 11 rev.7170 and am having an issue.

Under Shadow Copy Components I would normally have "user data" and "service state" selections when selecting one of our file servers. I reinstalled the remote agent on the file server, restarted both servers, and now I do not see "user data" under "shadow copy components".

Any idea of what's going on?

dfsr service wasn't started oddly, started it manually, it didn't seem to change anything but I'm waiting a bit and then going to re-open it and see

that fixed it, because the service wasn't started on the file server backup exec did not list "user data" as an option.
