"Unable to communicate with Gw Web Access"

Can Somebody help?

We have Netware 5.1, Gw 5.5.
User go to the webaccess page tyep their user name and password the hit ok to loging and get the error : "Unable to communicate with Gw Web Access".
they are able to use the GW client over the internet but no the browser.
The Groupwise Webaccess Internet portion is running on Win2k serverIIS 5 sp3.
evrything seems to be up mta, poa, GW internet agent, GW webaccess agent.
can somebody tell me what could be the problem?
was working ok suddenly stopped.

It's your ISP, I had this same problem two months ago. You can check it out by trying to different dial up accounts. It would work on one but not the other. I contacted my ISP and they said this was a common problem with Groupwise

so what was the fix they gave you?
 
i have the same issue. How did the ISP say it was resolved? Ours say everything is going through fine. Everything else in the DMZ also works fine. Yet even after a complete reinstall this error presists. Help!!!
 
Try checking the port numbers to and from the poa/mta. Then check the webserver, make sure all the program files are loaded, and that you have run the latest service pack. I had a similar problem some time ago where I had loaded webAccess to run on the Netscape enterprise webserver, but was loading the Apachie server. Had to copy over some program files to the Apachie server directory, and make sure that the right load in the autoexec file.
