When a user on our network gets notified of a new message and clicks Yes that they want to open the item, they receive the message "The item has been moved or deleted" and then are redirected to a random folder (like one that they have added to be opened under their profile). When they go back to their Inbox, the unread message is still there. ANy ideas as to what might be causing this? The only thing I have done to our server is install SurfControl Email filter for Exchange; could this affect only certain users? Thanks in advance....
