I am taking data from and access database that has employee's addresses in it. The address is split down into Street, city, etc. What I want to do is have it so that if a line is blank it moves all the other address lines up to leav no gaps i.e.
If all Data is there: If Data for Strt address 2 is blank:
Company Name Company Name
Street Address 1 Street Address 1
Street Address 2 Town/City
Town/City PostCode
PostCode

Thanks
Mark

Insert all the fields you want to display into one text box, then there should be no spaces, where a field is blank.

Cheers

Marc

Or you can put each line into a separate subsection, and use the "suppress if blank" feature on each section.

The Section method does not work. The text box idea works better but I still cannot get it.

Thanks
