"send as e-mail" has disappeared from file menu

when i try to send a publication as an email i used to go to file then send e-mail and there would be an option to send as html in an outlook email message, very useful feature. but this option has now disappeared!
I installed office 2007, i dont know if this has had an affect. but anyway i re-installed publisher 2003 and the problem was still there
