"Send All" for multiple e-mails

We are trying to e-mail Invoices through Lotus Notes 6.5.
Our ERP system, sends the Invoice as an attachment to Lotus, which goes into the operators inbox as a new memo.The problem is, if we have 150 (or more)Invoices, Lotus opens 150 "new memos" and the operator has to click "send" for each one.
Can anyone tell me if there's a way we can automate this process (with a "send all" button for instance)?
Any help would be appreciated.....

Only one solution : develop the "Send All" button in LotusScript.

You need a Notes Developer client and a person with at least a passing knowledge of object-oriented programming.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.

I had a feling there was nothing I could do, I just need to find someone with a knowledge of programming Notes..........
