Customer has IPO SE and VM Pro. They want callers to be able to say/speak (instead of pressing buttons) for the options in the VM Pro modules. Any recommendations?
 
I don't know how good it is, but subscription mode systems are able to use automatic speech recognition for both embedded voicemail auto-attendants and Voicemail Pro.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
When you say, Subscription mode systems are you referring to ACO?
 
No, IP Office subscription. IP Office R11.1 systems can be installed using subscriptions rather than PLDS licenses. The cloud based servers from which the IP Office gets its subscriptions also provides a range of other services (daily log file and configuration backups, Google text to speech and speech recognition, cloud based storage for call recordings, remote management access for SSA, sysmon, web manager).

*IPO Subscription as I understand it is unavailable in any geography ACO is available
