"Ring Thru" Number

I have been asked to setup a "pass through" number for a remote employee.
Essentially someone can call here, dial an extension and the phone system will dial out to his home number.
Is that possible with a Norstar?

Yes- but the specifics depend on what version Norstar you have, how your dial tone is being provided, and the type of voice mail you are using. The set up would most likely require your vendors assistance.
