"Return receipts" default

How can I set up by default "Return receipts". I'm not sure how this would default if you do not have a configuration document set up.
So when I create a new message I need to click on "Returns receipts".
Anyone has any idea how can I set up default this top?

I think this is easy: You must open your mail template and there you'll find a subform "(Delivery Options)". On this subform you can set a default value for the field "ReturnReceipt". I think it must be "1".

There is an easy way to make this option by default...
There is no need to open tamplate design...

On the client side open the security option click the "return receipt" and click the "Save this security options as the default"...
