Hi,

We have a single Exchange 2007 server where I have recently created a new accepted domain, complete with email address policy but external emails are bouncing back (see below). I can send internal emails OK.

I followed the instructions found here:

Is there anything else i have should have done that is not mentioned in the article?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Patrick.

Hi Pat,

I'm only getting looking again at this today.

I have checked and im able to send messages fine on port 25. Is there anything else i should check?

Hi Pat,

I jumped the gun a little there. When i connect, i can send emails internaly, but i cannot send to external domains. I get the following error message:

550 5.7.1 unable to relay.

I have since figured out that there was an AntiSpam firewall on another server. Once i added the new domain there, we were able to receive emails ok.

Thanks for the help.
