"?" in incoming caller ID on pri

Hi guys, I remember I saw that before but don't remember and can't reboot too much the system...
on the phone screen, im getting "?"(caller id name) on incoming call
on a NI-2 PRI
ip 500V2 rel 8.1 service pack 5
avaya 9608

sorry, customer told me it was NI-2 but it is DMS-100
