"PROCESSOR" Object GONE From PERFMON???? 1

Hello everyone...
For some reason, I do NOT have the object "processor" when I run perfmon on my W2k Server. Anyone know why?? I thought it was a service pack issue (was SP2) so I upgraded to W2k SP3... Still, not there...

Someone please help!!

Take a look at the following from Microsoft:

I had the same problem on a couple of servers and fixed it by modifying the registry as described. Good luck.
