Hello!

I produced a report back in October called "Phone Calls Log" which showed EVERY user and the calls they made (including a Contact and Reference field). It was a great report to check which clients you have phoned in the last x days. I just went back to try and create it again and I can't find it!! I've checked ALL the Report lists about 10 times and can't find it anywhere. All I can find is "Phone Calls Statistics" - but that does not give any detail.

Can anyone help me??

Thanks,

Thanks Jason,

No, I haven't upgraded since then. The only thing that is different is I downloaded the "Mastermine" demo onto my computer. But I can't imagine that would effect it??

Do you know the name of the physical report?
Is it in the reports folder but for some reaon has lost its link in the reports centre?
It is not under a particular user name rather then public in the reports centre?

Thanks again Jason!

No I don't remember the name of the physical report. I figured it was "Phone Call Logs" because that is the name at the top of my report print out. But maybe not??

I just seem to remember it being under the same section as "Phone Call Statistics" - which is in the Analysis Reports section.

It was such a useful report - it's frustrating that I can't find it. I'm puzzled! =)

Thanks,

The only thing I can suggest is that it is not gone just the link in the Reports Centre is no longer there. If you can find the physical report in the report folder of the root of GoldMine then you can just put a new entry in the reports centre to it.

If you cloned the report initially in creating it, it will have a name like ~gmxxxx.fp (substitute the x)
