A user is having an error message "Overflow" that appears randomly. This error message is entitled Lotus Notes and it doesn't give an option to debug. I have tried to reinstall without success. I have also tried to delete the desktop.dsk and cache.dsk files. This error message appears even when the user is not doing anything in Notes.

"Overflow" Lotus Notes Error

Does the message appear after doing any one particular action in Notes? Does it happen in just one database? If so, has any customization been done in that database? I have had this problem before due to a customization in our mail file in Lotuscript where a variable was dimmed incorrectly.

This only happens in this one PC and the error appears even if the user is in another application (i.e.Excel or Word). No customization has been done to the database, but this PC is quite old. I have been told that it maybe software conflict between MS and Notes. Could this be the case?
