"Overflow Busy Activated" and "Night Service,Select Mode" me

I have a user on a 2616 that has been working fine for several years. All of a sudden his phone constantly says "Overflow Busy Activated" (when not on the phone) and "Night Service, Select Mode" (when on the phone). Does anyone have a clue what causes this??

and if that doesn't work, unplug it and plug it back in again.

Tried that. Still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion though.
