Hi,

I have run nmem / nram tests on two systems:

1) IBM,9133-55A, 2xP5@2097 MHz, 5120 MB RAM, AIX 5300-07-02-0806
2) IBM,8203-E4A, 2xP6@4204 MHz, 7808 MB RAM, AIX 5300-08-04-0844

Other characteristics of the systems can be found here:

Systems were not used during tests (no application, users, etc.)

a results of running nmem and nram are here:

Please help me interprete nmem and nram results. Does more ops/sec on P5 system mean that the memory access on Power5 is faster then on P6?

kind regards,
W.
