When calling a specific extension, instead of receiving the message "On another call" we are getting the message "not in service".

Kind of stumped on this one, anyone have any ideas what could cause this? Calling this extension while the extension is not in use works fine. No other lines are having this issue. Yet call the troubled extension from any extension, and you get this "not in service message".

Check the Forward on Busy setting for the extension you are trying to call: Terminals & Sets > [DN] > Capabilities > Forward on Busy.

The extension is probably forwarded to a DN that is not in service.

When I go into the admin panel, with feature **266344 I am not presented with Terminals & Sets, instead I get configuration, General Admin, Set Copy, and Maintenance.

Any idea on where to go from there?

I found it.

Configuration > Capabilities > Set Abilities > Enter Extension > Forward on Busy

I'll compare this to a known working extension and see if this is it.

Sorry, General Admin, not Configuration.

That was the fix!

We had changed voicemail systems, and this line was missed and was still programmed to path to the old voicemail extension.

Thank you!
