Any 3rd-party books out there on administering Nortel CICS and/or Flash systems?

Curlycord, thank you for your response. I will grant you that the installer and system coordinator guides are very detailed. However, I do not agree that they are clear or well organized. But thank you for your time.

The best way to learn is get your hands dirty by playing around with it. Do this with the documentation.

Hardware is cheap on Ebay. Buy a MICS and a few sets and experiment on the bench. Don't be like so many paople that think telephones, nothing to it.
