I have a sip route setup to with a Cisco call manager. The soft phone I am using can ping the cluster IP however the pbx it is registered to cannot ping the cluster. No route found is the message when making the call to the cluster from the pbx.
ROGRESS: ORIG ADDR IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:61057051 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE/RESERVED (LOC)
CALLED #:61851612 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE/RESERVED (LOC)

DCH 80 IMSG DISC REF 000001C0 CH 104 0 0 31 TOD 22:41:57
CAUSE :NO ROUTE TO DESTINATION

The zone for the sip is 3 and the vgmc is 0 what does work is when the cisco phone calls the nortel ip phone it works fine. The sip route also reaches the Exchange voicemail server fine when dialing a cdp number. We are using loc codes for the sites. We dial 6 185 and the extension, The NRS sip testing works fine it is like i have no route between the pbx and the NRS box. So do I need to ad another route to the route table in ld 117? Any help is appreciated.

for some reason you are re-inserting the 6

CALLED #:61851612

you probably have 185 defined in NRS number plan not 6185

NO ROUTE TO DESTINATION - usually means NRS can not match called number or call type with anything in number plan

We need to see the 6 its the way they setup our numbering plan even though the 6 is the access code for Cisco and UM intergration. The cluster is not ping-able from the pbx but it is from the element manager / sig server. The sip test works fine from the NRS also goes to the correct IP etc. I must being missing a route entry somewhere.

Telnet to the Sigserver and turn on SIP trace and see what happens when you make a call.
