"No PBX" error on Avaya 6140 wireless phone

Randomly, we have "No PBX" error on Avaya 6140 wireless phone. A ON/OFF on the phone fix the problem until the next time. The problem occure on all deployed phone. We use the last firmware. Anyone have already experienced this?

We have a CS1000 rls 5.5

I have had this happen in the past when the phone hast lost contact with the 2245 QoS Manager, or when changes to the QoS Manager were made that required a restart of the device.
