"Meet-Me Conferencing" Static

Hi.
I have a line that is set-up as a conference call line, when calling into the line there is heavy static. Any suggestions on what to do to get rid of it?

Hi,

can you check your gateways and see if they are earthed???

is static when you dial internally or externally?

once you earth you gateways, dont forget to earth cabinets as well.
