Greetings
i have a MICS with a Norstar voice system 4.0. When we try to get messages from the general delivery mailbox we are getting the message "Mailbox in use". We reset the GDM password, tried to reset the system coordinator password but the system said "exiting the system" and would not allow us to. i'm begining to think a software glitch of some sort. Any ideals on how to clear this up?
