Hey folks,

So I have a Call Flow Control button on my reception phone that toggles between "Day" and "Night" mode. Day mode rings 4 times, then goes to IVR. Night mode, different message. My inbound route is tied to the Call Flow Control 0, which is said button.

However, coming from a Panasonic background, I'm used to a single Time Service button that toggles between Day/Night/Lunch/Break. Can I do something similar with the UCx250?

I am afraid there is no "four state call flow control" and therefore no simple way to achieve that.

You can use cascading Call Flow Control

Add a new CFC Lunch
set the destination for normal(off green) = to the D/N CFC
set the destination for override (on red) = to the lunch destination

On the inbound route point it to the new Lunch CFC

You can program another BLF for the Lunch Break

You will get the desired results using 2 buttons
